The theme is further conceptualised under four (4) sub-themes: o Sub-thematic Talk I: Cyber Ethics and Implications in the 21st Century o Sub-thematic Talk II: Capacity Building Concerns in Cyber Security in Sub-Saharan Africa o Sub-thematic Talk III: Practical Opportunities and Challenges of AI in Higher Education o Sub-thematic Talk IV: Practical Tools and Skills for Digital Well-being.
