Preventing cross-contamination is an important part of any Food Control Plan. Sources of cross-contamination has always been identified during the hazard analysis and control measures are put in place to prevent the cross-contamination of a food. This additional requirement however now requires that a risk analysis shall be used to identify the need for foreign body detection equipment. Join us as we have a look at how we go about determining the need for detection equipment.
