Stress & Supplements: HPA Axis Dysfunction & The Role of Adaptogens In the pandemic era, patients are increasingly turning to over-the-counter natural products to help address chronic stress. This talk will review the evidence and clinical application of adaptogenic dietary supplements, and how they interact with the HPA axis. It will discuss the current state of regulation of dietary supplements in the US, and how to best guide patients on their safe and appropriate use.
