The Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions (CMSI) is dedicated to advancing the understanding and contributions of Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) through research, policy analysis, and leadership development. CMSI works to address the challenges faced by MSIs and to promote their vital role in higher education and society. Through collaborations with MSIs, policymakers, scholars, and practitioners, CMSI aims to transform public discourse and inform policy solutions that support the success of underrepresented students and communities.
