The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD) offers reliable information, resources, and support for families facing Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD). FTD is caused by degeneration of the frontal and/or temporal lobes of the brain and is the most common form of dementia for people under 60. AFTD provides support groups, resources for diagnosis, and assistance for managing FTD. AFTD also facilitates research participation, advocates for FTD awareness, and offers educational webinars and events.
