CIECA (Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association) is an industry organization that develops data standards for the collision industry. Their standards provide software developers with the tools necessary to develop APIs tailored to the needs of the collision industry. CIECA Standards are used by leading companies in the collision industry, including information/software providers, insurance companies, parts & materials suppliers, tools & equipment manufacturers, repairers, and more. They simplify communication between trading partners and enable efficient processes for assigning vehicles to repair shops, ordering parts & materials, repairing and calibrating vehicles, processing titles, and much more.
