ALS United Greater Chicago is a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting against ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. As of September 1, 2023, ALS United Greater Chicago has legally separated from the ALS Association. They provide free care services, support groups, and research funding for people living with ALS in 46 counties in Illinois.
