WEBINAR: Energy Demands and Nutrition
This webinar will provide an overview of the physiological demands faced by adolescent athletes and how these demands translate into their daily energy (caloric) requirements. Attendees will learn how to use resting metabolic rate (RMR) to assess the daily energy requirements of adolescent athletes and how to predict RMR using validated models.
