Improving your practice: Working across sectors
People with complex mental health needs rarely move seamlessly between primary care, hospital and community settings, and often benefit from a range of clinical, practical and psychosocial support. The associated challenges can negatively impact the provision of integrated and effective multidisciplinary care.Register for this moderated session to see four esteemed practitioners respond in-situ to hypothetical scenarios about people living with diverse, changing and complex needs.
