Aligning skills with demand: The power of market-oriented training
As a partner of the Digital Skills Campaign led by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), AmaliTech has committed to providing over 3,000 young people with digital skills training and creating at least 1,000 jobs in Ghana and Rwanda by 2025.It is in this context that AmaliTech, in partnership with ILO and ITU, will be conducting a knowledge-sharing webinar on “Aligning skills with demand: The power of market-oriented training” on Tuesday 1 October 2024, starting 11:00 CEST. The webinar will explore market-aligned training methodologies employed by AmaliTech in collaboration with sovanta.
