The King Center on Global Development at Stanford University is a multidisciplinary community of scholars focused on conducting path-breaking research, shaping policy and practice, and training and inspiring a diverse new generation of global leaders. They support research in nine thematic areas, including education and skills, environment and climate change, gender and equity, governance and institutions, health, innovations in methods and data, trade and migration, urbanization and infrastructure, and work, entrepreneurship, and finance. Their mission is to accelerate the end of global poverty.
