Welcome to the Australian High Commission in Mauritius. We are also accredited to Seychelles, Comoros and Madagascar and have consular accreditation to Reunion Island. Australia has strong and longstanding relations with our fellow island nations in the south west Indian Ocean. We share an interest in a peaceful, prosperous and open region. We cooperate in trade and investment, tourism, culture, the blue economy, climate change resilience amongst many other fields. The IORA Blue Carbon Hub invites you to its upcoming webinar to discuss themes and outcomes from the Fourth think tank meeting Nature-based Solutions for Adaptation to Climate Impacts in the Coastal Zone which was held in September, 2023.
